Fly to Italy with Silvio’s Organic Pizza! We will restart next summer! The winner this year was the Strach Family! Thank for participating!

Rules

  • Must be 18 in order to participate
  • Must own a valid passport when recieving tickets, (by October 26, 2010)
  • When purchasing food the first $30 of your purchase entitles you, (the purchaser) to one entry, any additional $20 on the same order will get you another entry.
  • Unlimited entry for customers, (the more tickets you have,the more are the chances to win!!)
  • If you purchase gift certificates, the purchaser recieves the entry tickets, not the person redeeming the gift certificates.
  • No Silvio's organic pizza employees can participate.
  • The winning price (2 plane tickets from Detroit-Rome) will be drawn on the day of our 5th anniversary, Oct 26, 2010 at 3:30 pm following a party at the restaurant with free food.
  • Entries will be accepted until 2:30 pm of Oct 26, 2010
  • Each entry must have your name, address, phone number and e-mail address
  • The winner will be notified via phone call and e.mail by 7 pm of Oct 26, 2009
  • There will be a total of two tickets drawn,the winner and 1 reserve.
  • If the winner doesn't reply within seven days (by Nov 3, 2010) by 3:30 pm, that person forfeits the chance of winning & the next name picked will be called.
  • The date of the trip will be between Feb.15, 2011 and May 15, 2011, (we'll try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible)
  • At the moment of accepting the tickets we, (Silvio’s Organic Pizza), need to collect the names of the two people going on the trip and all the necessary information to enable us to buy the tickets
  • The tickets will be issued for the duration of 15 days
  • After the tickets are issued any changes on date or length of the trip will be under the winners responsibility
  • Silvio’s Organic Pizza is responsible for purchasing the tickets and giving them to the winners. Once the tickets are in the winner’s hands, anything that may happen during the duration of the plane ride or during the trip, Silvio’s Organic Pizza is not responsible for.
